About Us
Our Heart
Inner Work Ministry creates spaces for women to grow closer to God and deepen their faith.
Because what God does within us shapes who we become.
Join us for our monthly in person gatherings, connect with women in our online community and walk alongside women who are intentionally pursuing God and becoming who He created them to be.

The heart behind IWM
My story with Jesus began as a teenager, when I encountered Him in a way that left me wanting to know Him more deeply. I didn’t fully understand that desire then—or where it would eventually lead—but over the years, through some of the hardest and most defining seasons of my life, He continued to pursue me and reveal Himself to me.
The more He pursued me, the more I wanted to pursue Him. The more I learned of Him, the more I wanted to know. What began as a desire for something deeper became a hunger for more of Him.
It was through that growing intimacy with God that He spoke Inner Work Ministry to me—not only the name, but the purpose behind it: to counsel women and create space for them to go deeper with God, discover who they are through Him, and become who He created them to be. IWM is my yes to Him and to the calling He placed on my life.
So if you’ve ever felt that pull for something deeper with God—even if you couldn’t quite explain what you were searching for—I understand it. I’ve lived it. And I believe there’s something beautiful waiting on the other side of our willingness to respond when He calls us deeper.

Stories of Becoming
Learning to trust God again
“I spent so much time trying to hold everything together that I didn’t realize how tired I had become. My relationship with God was still important to me, but I knew I needed to make space for Him again—and for myself. I’m learning that I don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward. God is still working on me."
Danielle, 34
Finding faith in a new season
“I knew God, but I wanted to know Him for myself—not just through what I had been taught growing up. This season has been about asking questions, growing in my faith, and learning who I am in Christ. I’m still figuring things out, but I’m grateful to have other women to grow alongside.”
Ashley, 29
Courage after starting over
“There was a point when my life looked completely different from what I thought it would. Starting over forced me to slow down and really look at who I was, what I believed, and where God was leading me. I’m learning that starting over doesn’t mean starting from nothing. God can use every part of our story.”
